Successful enrollment depends upon your accurate completion of each step.

  • CURRENT EMPLOYEES OF LHHP INTERESTED IN THE CLASS ONLY! Register with WisCaregiver Careers at wiscaregivercna.com. (You may have already completed this step and found your way to us through their site) You will receive additional instructions and a video tutorial via two emails from WisCaregiver Careers upon registration.
  • Complete and return the LHHP Nurse Aide Application to CNAtraining@thelutheranhome.org. Only applications submitted via this email or in person at our Lutheran Home campus at 7500 W North Ave., Wauwatosa, WI facility will be accepted for consideration
  • Once your application has been reviewed, and if you are selected, which also indicates you are interested in employment, you will be contacted to schedule a 30-minute in-person interview for admission into the program.
  • If you are selected for enrollment, you will be contacted by our program administrators within 2-3 weeks of your interview to schedule your orientation and class.

Training =$835

$500 due upon acceptance to the class (to hold your spot)

$335 due by the first day of class

Course could be free through reimbursement if offered and accept a CNA position at LHHP!
