The Lutheran Home and Harwood Place is looking for compassionate, responsible CNAs to work on our skilled nursing units. We are a premiere long term care facility in the area! Come be a part of something great!

Vacation and personal time can be used after 3 months. Current Wisconsin CNA license is required. Scholarship program for part-time and full-time employees after one year of employment.

A: No prior experience is required, but you must have an active Wisconsin CNA license. We welcome both new and experienced CNAs with a heart for caregiving.

Q: What shifts are available for CNAs?
A: We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN CNA positions across all shifts — days, evenings, and nights. 2nd shift CNAs are eligible for our $2,500 sign-on bonus. Other shifts receive a $500 sign-on bonus!

Q: Is training or orientation provided for new hires?
A: Yes! All new CNAs go through a structured onboarding and training process to ensure confidence and success in your role.

Q: Can I apply if I’m currently in CNA school?
A: If you’re near completion and will be licensed soon, we’d still encourage you to apply — we often have openings that align with your timing.
