Harlem Globetrotters teach 82-year-old Wauwatosa resident new tricks
Eighty-two year old Rightie Pappenhelm said she doesn’t consider herself a huge basketball fan, nor has she ever been much of a basketball player.
Nonetheless, the No. 1 thing on her bucket list has been to witness firsthand the skills of the Harlem Globetrotters — a traveling exhibition basketball team that combines athleticism and theatricality. Seeing the team in action falls right above a visit to the International Crane Foundation in Baraboo, she said.
