Lutheran Home Memory Care
Assisted Living
Lutheran Home Memory Care Assisted Living
provides compassionate care in an environment dedicated to the promotion
of wellness and social enrichment. The Assisted Living program at Lutheran
Home is designed to meet the specific care needs of those experiencing
memory impairment.
This program provides activities to enhance
residents' lives and meets the extra security and care needs associated
with memory issues. We also offer an assisted living program at our Harwood
Place Campus which is suited for individuals in need of assisted living,
yet not requiring specialized memory care.
Should the need ever arise, residents of Lutheran Home have priority
access to a wide variety of services including rehabilitation
therapy, skilled
nursing, memory enhancement
programs, and hospice care.
Lutheran Home provides access for visiting
family and friends, centrally located in Wauwatosa, minutes from the
expressway. (Get
